Updated over 9 months ago

Dear Valued Sellers/Merchants,

To further enhance the security and efficiency of international cargo transportation and comply with U.S. Customs regulations on T86, we wish to inform you of important upcoming changes.

When submitting customs pre-inspection declarations for goods being shipped to the United States, the following key information must be added and thoroughly verified:

  1. Shipper's email address

  2. Shipper's phone number

  3. Consignee's email address

  4. Consignee's phone number

Note: The phone numbers and email addresses of both the sender and receiver associated with each package must be accurately provided by the customer. Different senders and receivers must have unique phone numbers and email addresses. Please provide this information truthfully.

Important Reminders:

  1. During the current transition period, some relevant departments have already started requiring this information. Once customs complete the system switch, failure to provide the above key information will affect the clearance process and may result in penalties.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need assistance filling out the required information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
